Situation

Our client was launching a bar brand from the ground up. Literally. The bar itself did not exist. We were asked to develop the creative strategy, territories, brand, naming and packaging.

Action

The team started each week with heads up and trust. War room style we worked messy and from our guts. Our guts are smart. We ended each week with intentional choices for the client and good questions for the next week.

Result

We created a new way of working. One that was nimble, repeatable and invigorating.
